Forsage MLM Clone Script – Smart-Contract Matrix Clone Explained
A forsage mlm clone script is a ready-made smart-contract MLM package that reproduces the Forsage model: two matrix programs, X3 and X4, with twelve slot levels each, member-to-member payouts in cryptocurrency and no admin wallet in the payment path. The contract holds the plan rules; a web dashboard, referral links and an admin panel sit on top of it. This page explains how the X3 / X4 plan pays, what a Forsage clone script, clone app and clone software contain, how each is built and where the legal risk sits, so you can judge an offer before you buy it.
A Forsage clone script is a copy of the Forsage smart-contract matrix plan (the X3 and X4 programs) packaged with a dashboard and deployment files, so that a new operator can launch the same mechanism under their own brand and their own contract address.

What a Forsage clone script is
Forsage went live on the Ethereum blockchain in early 2020 and was later copied to the Tron network and to BNB Smart Chain with the BUSD stablecoin. Its whole compensation plan lives in a public smart contract. When a member registers or buys a slot, the payment passes through the contract straight to the wallets of the members entitled to it. The contract keeps nothing: there is no pool, no owner wallet that can pause payouts and no withdrawal function, because income never sits inside the contract. That design – decentralised, direct wallet-to-wallet, no admin wallet – is what buyers mean when they ask for a forsage clone.
A forsage clone script therefore has two halves. The first is the contract: Solidity code for Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Polygon, or a TRON contract, holding the X3 and X4 logic. The second is the front end that reads the contract state – your slots, partners, income and recycle count – through a wallet connection such as MetaMask, WalletConnect or Trust Wallet. The front end can be a website (the "script"), a mobile app, or both. If the package you are offered has a central database that decides who gets paid, it is a classic matrix plan with crypto payouts, not a Forsage-style contract. Both are legitimate builds, but they are different products; the crypto MLM script page compares them.
How the Forsage-style plan works: X3 and X4
Both programs have twelve levels, also called slots. Each level costs double the previous one. In the original Ethereum contract level 1 cost 0.025 ETH and level 12 cost 51.2 ETH; registration meant opening level 1 of X3 and of X4 together, 0.05 ETH. Clones on a stablecoin fix the prices in USD instead. The table shows the original ETH prices next to an illustrative USD-priced clone that starts at 10 USD – the USD column is an example configuration, not a quote.
| Level | Original contract (ETH, per program) | USD-priced clone example (per program) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.025 | 10 USD |
| 2 | 0.05 | 20 USD |
| 3 | 0.1 | 40 USD |
| 4 | 0.2 | 80 USD |
| 5 | 0.4 | 160 USD |
| 6 | 0.8 | 320 USD |
| 7 | 1.6 | 640 USD |
| 8 | 3.2 | 1,280 USD |
| 9 | 6.4 | 2,560 USD |
| 10 | 12.8 | 5,120 USD |
| 11 | 25.6 | 10,240 USD |
| 12 | 51.2 | 20,480 USD |
X3 – three places, two payments to you, the third reopens the slot
Every X3 slot has three places. Partners you personally invite fill them in order; X3 takes no spillover from above. The first two partners' payments go 100 % to you. The third partner's payment goes to your upline – the person above you who holds the same level – and your slot recycles: it closes, a fresh slot opens at the same level under your upline, and your three places are empty again. Worked example at level 1 of the 10 USD clone: partners A and B each pay 10 USD to your wallet (20 USD in total); partner C's 10 USD goes up and your slot restarts. Your cost to open the level was 10 USD. A second cycle costs you nothing but needs three more personal partners, and every cycle again sends one payment upwards.
X4 – two lines, six places, spillover
An X4 slot is two wide and two deep: two places on the first line and four on the second, six in all – the same shape as a 2x2 forced matrix. Places fill from your personal partners, from partners of your upline (overflow from above) and from partners of your partners (overflow from below), so a slot can complete without you inviting all six people. Payments from the two first-line places go to your upline. Of the four second-line payments, three go to you and the fourth, last payment reopens the slot, as in X3. In the 10 USD example a completed X4 level-1 cycle pays 30 USD to the slot owner against the 10 USD paid to open it, while 20 USD from the first line went upwards. The figures depend entirely on how many people join below you; nothing in the contract guarantees that any slot ever fills.
Rules a clone has to copy exactly
- Doubling prices, twelve levels. The level table is written into the contract and cannot be changed after deployment. A clone that wants other prices or fewer levels must be redeployed, not edited.
- Recycle. The last payment of every slot goes to the upline and the slot restarts; the recycle counter of each slot is public on the chain.
- Missed and extra profit. When a payment reaches a member who has not activated that level, the contract passes it to the next upline who has. The sender's dashboard shows it as missed profit, the receiver's as extra profit. This rule is what pushes members to open the next level before the current one cycles.
- Frozen slot. In the original contract a slot that has cycled while the member's next level is still closed is marked frozen and its income keeps passing upwards until the next level is bought.
- No balance, no withdrawal. Every payment is forwarded in the same transaction. There is no "withdraw" button and no balance an operator could hold back or lose.
The source of the original contract is public on the block explorers, so an honest vendor can show you, line by line, that the clone implements these rules. Ask for that comparison.
Forsage clone script vs clone app vs clone software
Vendors use the three terms loosely, and search results mix them. For a buyer they describe three different deliverables that share the same contract.
| Term | What you receive | Who usually buys it |
|---|---|---|
| Forsage clone script | Contract source, a web front end (HTML / JavaScript or React) with wallet connect, referral links and the slot dashboard, plus deployment files. You host the site and deploy the contract from your own wallet. | An operator who wants the fastest launch under their own brand and chain. |
| Forsage clone app | An Android and iOS app (native or a wrapped web app) that connects to the same contract through WalletConnect or an in-app wallet. Store listing and review are part of the work. | An operator whose members join mostly from phones. |
| Forsage clone software | The full package: contract, website, mobile app, analytics and content admin, support and customisation. Built to order it is sold as forsage clone app development. | An operator who plans changes to the plan – own token, other levels or prices, a third program. |
The dashboard and the app are only readers of the contract. If the vendor's demo shows balances that change without a wallet transaction, the "clone" is a database application with a crypto skin. That can be a fine product, but it is not what the Forsage mechanism promises its members.
What a Forsage clone script contains
- Smart contract. Solidity (or TRON) code with the X3 and X4 programs, the level table, recycle, missed-profit and frozen-slot rules, and an event for every payment so that dashboards and explorers can list the history. The verified source should be published on the explorer at deployment.
- Registration and referral links. A member joins through a sponsor's link or ID; the contract records the sponsor and sends the registration payment on. Member IDs are sequential and public.
- Dashboard. Wallet connect (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Trust Wallet, TronLink for TRON), the slot grid showing filled places and cycles per level, income per program, partner list, missed and extra profit, and the buttons to activate the next level.
- Admin panel. Because the contract has no admin, the panel is read-only analytics – registrations per day, volume per level, top sponsors – plus content management for the public pages, the FAQ and support links. Anything that can change payouts from the admin side means the contract is not Forsage-style.
- Audit and documentation. A third-party audit report of the contract, deployment instructions for testnet and mainnet, and gas estimates per registration and level purchase.
- Optional modules. A stablecoin version (USDT, USDC or BUSD), a native token, a third program with its own matrix, multi-language front end and a Telegram or email notification bot.
Development options: ready script, customised clone, clone app
Ready script
The contract is deployed as it is, with your wallet as the first member (ID 1), and the front end is re-branded. This is the fastest and cheapest route. Running costs are gas: on BNB Smart Chain or Polygon a registration costs well under 1 USD in fees, on Ethereum mainnet it can cost tens of USD when the network is busy, which is why most clones launch on a low-fee chain. The plan itself cannot be changed later.
Customised clone
The contract is modified before deployment: a different level table, a third program as later Forsage versions added, a company share on each payment, a KYC gate on registration, or an own token for rewards. Every contract change needs its own audit, because a deployed contract cannot be patched. Expect weeks rather than days, and a testnet phase in which you fill slots with test wallets and compare every payout against the plan document.
Clone app for Android and iOS
A forsage clone app is the same dashboard built for phones, talking to the contract through WalletConnect or an embedded wallet. Both app stores review crypto and network-marketing apps closely; a progressive web app that members add to their home screen is the usual fallback when a store listing is refused. Forsage clone app development is normally sold together with the web script so that both read one contract.
Daani IT Solution builds all three on request – the contract, the web script and the app – and documents the payout rules against the original so that the client, not the vendor, holds the verified source and the deployment keys. The service is described on the blockchain-based MLM software development page; the smart contract MLM software page of this site covers classic plans on a contract, and the matrix MLM script page covers the database-driven matrix.
Legal and risk notes
Putting a plan on a blockchain does not change how a regulator classifies it. The regulatory record of the original is public: the Philippines securities regulator issued a cease-and-desist order against Forsage in 2020, a US state regulator in Montana did the same in 2021, the US Securities and Exchange Commission filed charges against its founders and promoters in August 2022 describing the scheme as a pyramid and Ponzi scheme that raised more than 300 million USD, and the US Department of Justice announced indictments in 2023. Any operator of a Forsage clone script should assume the same scrutiny.
- No product, no plan. Under US federal and state law, and equally in the EU, the UK, Canada and Australia, a plan in which members are paid only from the payments of later members is a pyramid scheme regardless of the technology. A clone that is marketed with the slot mechanism alone carries that risk in full. Take legal advice in every country you intend to market in before launch.
- No earnings claims. The worked examples above show how a completed slot pays; they say nothing about whether any slot will complete. Marketing material must not state or imply returns.
- Immutable code. A bug in a deployed contract is permanent. Insist on a third-party audit, a testnet run and the verified source on the explorer before mainnet.
- Keys and brand. The deployer wallet is the only operator asset; keep it in cold storage. The Forsage name and logo belong to their owners – a clone copies the mechanism, not the brand.
- Tax and reporting. Members receive crypto income directly; the operator still needs to decide what records, KYC and tax reporting the launch country requires.
See the slot mechanism in a demo before you decide
The quickest way to judge a forsage clone software offer is to watch a slot fill. Our demo walks through registration, an X3 cycle and an X4 cycle with test wallets, then shows the same payouts on the block explorer. Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Forsage MLM clone script?
It is a copy of the Forsage smart-contract matrix plan – the X3 and X4 programs with twelve doubling levels – packaged with a web dashboard, referral links, wallet connect and deployment files, so that an operator can deploy the same mechanism under their own contract address and brand.
How do X3 and X4 pay in a Forsage clone?
An X3 slot has three places: the first two payments go to the slot owner, the third goes to the upline and reopens the slot. An X4 slot has two first-line and four second-line places: first-line payments go to the upline, three of the four second-line payments go to the owner and the fourth reopens the slot.
Is a Forsage clone script legal?
The mechanism alone, with no product and income paid only from later members, is treated as a pyramid scheme by regulators in the USA, the EU, the UK, Canada and Australia, and the original Forsage was charged by the US SEC in 2022. Whether a clone can be operated legally depends on what is sold and where; get legal advice before launch.
What is the difference between a Forsage clone script, app and software?
The script is the contract plus a web front end, the app is an Android / iOS client for the same contract, and clone software is the full package with contract, website, app, analytics and customisation. All three read one contract.
Which blockchain should a Forsage clone use?
The original ran on Ethereum, later on Tron and BNB Smart Chain. Most clones choose a low-fee EVM chain such as BNB Smart Chain or Polygon, because every registration and level purchase is an on-chain transaction paid by the member.
Can the slot prices be changed after launch?
No. The level table is part of the deployed contract. Different prices or a different number of levels need a new, re-audited deployment, and members would have to register again on the new contract.
